Below you will find answers to questions regarding ordering, payment, shipping, returns/exchanges, product info, etc. We have included lots of info but if you still have questions after reading through it, please contact us!

What currency does Sick On Sin use:

The Sick On Sin website’s currency is Canadian and all of our shipping and coupon calculations are based on this. If for shopping purposes you would like to view the product prices in a different currency, you can use the drop down menu in the top right corner of the website.

How can I pay?

You can pay with Visa / Mastercard / Amex directly during check out or you can use Paypal to pay either with your account balance or with a credit card. (You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card via Paypal.)

During checkout you will notice that the website url changes from to Please DO NOT be concerned by this. Our checkout takes place on Shopify’s secure server. At no point do we receive, have access to, or store credit card information. After the transaction is completed, you will be returned to the Sick On Sin site.

Sick On Sin runs on the Shopify ecommerce platform - a very popular service that hosts over 120,000 stores worldwide. They offer a very safe way to shop online and have Level 1 PCI certification (translation: super secure) which covers our website, shopping cart and web hosting. Do you charge tax?

Packages shipping to Canada addresses will be charged the GST or HST required by that province on the order’s total amount (i.e. merchandise and shipping costs).

Where do you ship?

We happily ship around the world using Canada Post from our home base in Ontario, Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined by your location and the total dollar amount of your order (before taxes / discounts). This method is usually pretty close to the actual cost or works in favour of the customer (i.e. you end up paying less than what it actually costs us to ship). However, in the rare occasion where the actual shipping cost is significantly less than what the customer paid, the person will be contacted regarding refunding of the difference.

You can easily get a shipping estimate for your order at any time while you’re shopping. Just go to your Cart (button in the top right of website) and enter in your location.

We offer FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $150, USA orders over $200 and International orders over $300. No discount code necessary!

In some cases importing countries may charge fees, tariffs and taxes that you are required to pay before you can receive your package. Sick On Sin takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for these charges. For further information, please contact your country’s customs department.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are made, packed and shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 1-4 business days. However during busy times it may take a few extra days depending on current volume of orders. Occasionally we will be out of stock of a certain shirt colour / size and will need to wait until we receive more from our supplier before we can complete your order. In these cases we will email you to let you know there will be a small delay.

When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the method of shipping we use. Here is approximate delivery times:

Shipping to Ontario: Processing time + 1-4 business days for shipping

Shipping to Canada (apart from Ontario):  Processing time + 2-6 business days for shipping

Shipping to USA: Processing time + 5-10 business days for shipping

Shipping Internationally: Processing time + 10-15 business days

Orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited, Small Packet or Letter service). We are not responsible for any delays once we have mailed the package. Please be aware that mail delivery always takes longer during November / December due to the holiday season.

Can you rush my order?

If you need to get some Sick On Sin goodies asap, please contact us before making order and we can let you know how quick we will be able to get it to you. ‘

I haven’t received my order yet:

Sometimes shipping takes longer than the estimated times we provide due to holidays, border hold ups, etc. If it is just a couple days late, please wait a bit longer - it will likely show up. If it has been a week or two longer than expected, please contact us with your name / order number and we will look into things.

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address prior to shipping. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If the shipping address provided to us is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the costs to reship the order.

If an order’s tracking shows that it has been delivered but the customer claims it has not been received, the person must deal with their local postal service to figure out where the package is. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in these situations. Please check with neighbours, near your door, etc. for the package.

Can I pick up my order up?

The Sick On Sin studio is not a storefront and therefore not open to the public.

We do several shows throughout GTA / Ontario during the year and will happily bring items for customers to pick up. Please contact us at least 5 business days before an event with a list of what you would like and we will go from there!

Can you send my purchase to someone as a gift?

For sure! Just enter your address in the ‘billing’ section and the other person’s address in the ‘shipping’ section. If you would like a special message to be include with the gift, please put it in the ‘notes’ field during check out.

In order to save paper, we never include paper receipts in packages.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

If you have submitted and paid for an order but have not yet received shipping notification from us please contact us with your Order Number and correction immediately so we can make necessary changes. Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days so be sure to contact us as soon as you realize the error!

What is your return / exchange policy?

We accept exchanges / returns on all unwashed and unworn tshirts within 21 days of order delivery. Underwear is final sale. (Accessories can be returned/exchanged but no one ever has!)

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide you with necessary information.  If you are wishing to do an exchange, let us know what replacement size/colour you would like so we can make sure we have the desired item available. In the case that the replacement item is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the difference prior to it being shipped.

Of course, it is best to try to avoid having to do an exchange in the first place so be sure to consult the Size Chart before ordering!

If there is an error on our part (i.e. we sent a wrong item), contact us asap and we will make sure you receive the correct item.

The cost of shipping an item back to us in the customer’s responsibility and will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part or product defect. 

If an item is returned a refund will be issued for the item and its applicable taxes in the manner as the order was paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received and be packaged securely to prevent damage. We cannot refund if it goes missing during shipping so we recommend you insure it against lost and request delivery confirmation. Please mark packages as ‘Returned Merchandise’ for custom purposes. Please ship by regular postal service (Canada Post or USPS) - not a company like UPS or FedEx. Fees, customs and duties from using the wrong carrier or failure to label package correctly will result in the package being returned to you.

Do you ever offer discounts?

We often do special offers and coupons. If you want to receive them, please sign up for the Sick On Sin email newsletter. We also occasionally offer discount codes via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so be sure to follow us on those sites too!

We always offer FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $150, USA orders over $200 and International orders over $300. No discount code necessary!

Coupon codes are entered in during the checkout process. Coupons have expiration dates - make sure to use them before the time is up or they won’t work and you’ll be out of luck!

Tell me about your products:

All of Sick On Sin items are made using our original cute designs. Michael does the artwork and Jen makes everything - teamwork! We care a lot about quality and put a lot of care and love into everything we sell!

We offer our designs on tshirts for men, women, kids and infants in a variety of colours. We also sell a ton of different accessory types (buttons, magnets, keychains, bottle openers, pocket mirrors), tote bags and vinyl stickers.

Unless otherwise mentioned, all of our clothing is American Apparel brand. This brand is not only sweatshop free, but is very high quality and super comfy. Tshirts are made from 100% lightweight cotton. We offer both regular and organic options. Underwear is 95% cotton / 5% Elastane.

The majority of American Apparel items have a 'retro' fit (i.e. fits slightly smaller than other brands) so please be sure to consult the Size Chart before ordering! If you are unsure about your size, are in between sizes or prefer a loose fit, please order a size larger.

Tote bags are heavy cotton and xlarge in size. They are super durable and can carry a lot!! Unlike many bags out there, we put our design on both side of the bag. In fact, we will even let you pick a different design for each side so you can customize a bag that is perfect for you!

Accessories are printed using high quality inks/paper resulting in bold, clear and colourful graphics. They are hand-pressed by us using professional quality machines and parts. We offer our designs on a bunch of different accessory types. Here is a description of the types:

  1. 1" Button: design on front and locking spring pin on back
  2. 1" Magnet: design on front and magnetic back
  3. 1" Keychain: design on front, black plastic back and a metal key ring
  4. 1" Zipperpull: design on front, black plastic back and a metal zipper pull
  5. 2.25" Large Button: design on front and metal back with pin
  6. 2.25" Large Magnet: design on front and large flat magnet on back
  7. 2.25" Magnetic Bottle Opener: design on front and black plastic backing with small magnet and opener slot. (Note: these are meant to be more decorative / handy stuck to your fridge as as they don't have a very strong magnet.
  8. 2.25" Keychain Bottle Opener: design on front and metal backing with opener slot and keyring
  9. Pocket Mirror: design on front with real glass mirror backing. Comes packaged with a velveteen black baggie. 

Sick On Sin is the official retailer of Orneryboy merchadise and we offer several different shirts and accessories designs. (Orneryboy is the awesome comic done by Michael.)

How can I wash my items?

To keep your Sick On Sin clothing and bags looking great for a long time, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hanging it to dry. If you prefer using the dryer, use a low-heat setting. Please be aware that a small amount of shrinking may occur if you machine dry. Do not use bleach. If you feel the strange need to iron your shirt or undies, don't iron directly over the design area. 

We personally hate getting screenprinted shirts that crack after a couple washings. Our shirts are made with high quality plastisol ink that is durable, allows for fabric stretching and will take many washings before showing signs of wear. 

I have an idea for a design I would love to see at Sick On Sin:

We love getting feedback from our fans on stuff they would like to see - please contact us with any thoughts you have! We can’t promise we will do it, but we have a big Design Ideas notebook we will add your suggestion to! Please keep in mind that we do not do drawings based on other creative properties (i.e. comic book or cartoon characters, etc.).

I need some items designed/made for an event. Do you do customized products?

We appreciate you wanting to work with us however we do not make customized items at this time. If you are looking to get shirts made, your best option would be to contact local screenprinters. If you are looking to get buttons, etc. made, you can try searching on a site like Etsy for sellers that offer customized options.

All of Sick On Sin's designs / graphics are our own original artwork that is protected by copyright laws. Please do not copy, use, resell any of our designs. Our graphics cannot be used for another company's or person's use.
